Korean Easy Meal Recipe: Beef Bulgogi

Beef Bulgogi is also known as Korean BBQ Beef. The word “bulgogi” translates as “fire meat” and is marinated slices of beef that are grilled or stir-fried in a hot skillet. When you cook bulgogi, you need to prepare marinade sauce and there are many ingredients for it. Many Koreans buy marinade sauce at the supermarket because it is easy and convenient.

Ingredients (Servings 4 people)

  • 600g beef sirloin, trimmed of excess fat and thinly sliced
  • [CJ] Korean BBQ Sauce (Beef Bulgogi)
  • [CJF] Korean Vermicelli
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Vegetables (1 Onion, 1 Spring Onion) **You can add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms

How to cook

  1. In a large bowl, put the beef and vegetables.
  2. Add half of the CJ’s BBQ Sauce and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate the beef in a refrigerator for 30min to 1 hour.
  4. At the same time, soak 200g of vermicelli for 30min.
  5. Over high heat, add a 2tbsp of oil and sear the beef and vermicelli.
  6. Serve with [No Brand] Cooked Rice and enjoy!
