[Damtuh] Fermented Enzyme Protein Meal Red Bean Flavour is made with a balanced design of 4 animal and plant-based proteins, delivering 20g of protein per serving – equivalent to three eggs. To create its deep flavour, selected red beans are boiled, made into a paste, and then a savoury powder, before being blended with protein according to Damtuh’s special recipe. This low sugar, low fat formula is enhanced with a savoury brown rice topping for a crunchy texture and a comfortable cabbage fermented enzyme for easy digestion. The result is a light yet satisfying meal with a rich red bean flavour.
How to Prepare
Add two sachets of the powder to approximately 160ml of cold water.
Shake well in a shaker bottle or stir vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved.
Drink immediately for a quick and nutritious meal.
Tips
For a thicker and creamier shake, use milk or a plant-based milk alternative instead of water.
