[Plum Garden] Green Plum Extract is produced at Maesil Rakwon, an organic green plum farm located in Jangseong County, South Jeolla Province. It is made by aging organically grown green plums in a traditional way. The green plums and sugar are mixed in an optimal ratio and aged for a long time at a low temperature to create a deep and soft taste. Green plums have been known since ancient times to help digestion and have a detoxifying effect, and this high-class extract has been certified as a regional luxury product with a governor’s quality certification.
