How to Prepare

Drain and rinse briefly in cold water for a crisper bite.

Add straight to simmering soups or stews, or stir-fry with a dash of sesame oil and garlic.

Heat through for 2–3 minutes only to retain their signature crunch.

Tips

Refrigerate any unused sprouts in an airtight container and consume within two days.

Toss with sliced spring onion, soy sauce and chilli flakes for an instant side dish.
