[CJ CheilJedang] Beksul Hotcake Mix is made with specially heat-treated patented flour, offering exceptionally moist and fluffy pancakes every time. Designed for pan use, this mix allows you to prepare café-style hotcakes easily at home. Its soft texture and rich flavour pair perfectly with nuts, jam, or maple syrup, making it a delicious choice for breakfast or a sweet treat.

How to Prepare

In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs until foamy.

Add 400ml of milk or 280ml of water and mix well.

Add 500g of hotcake mix and stir until smooth.

Preheat a frying pan on low heat and lightly grease with 1 tablespoon of oil, then wipe with kitchen towel.

Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form.

Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.

Tips

Add fruit, nuts, or jam to the batter for variety.

Best enjoyed with maple syrup or whipped cream.
