How to Prepare
Combine 500g of pancake mix with 850ml of cold water in a mixing bowl and whisk gently.
Add chopped ingredients such as kimchi, chives, spring onions, or courgette and mix evenly.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, spread the batter thinly, and fry for about 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
