Broth from slow-brewed shiitake mushrooms is made into a powder for even more depth, while clam, onion, and burdock add a clean, refreshing finish. The unique ring shape is designed to dissolve faster, creating a perfect broth in just 60 seconds.
How to Use
Simply drop one Yondu Ring tablet into 300-350ml of boiling water to create a complete broth in 60 seconds.
Use it to add a deep flavour to various broth-based dishes.
It is perfect for dishes like dried pollock soup, banquet noodles, or soybean paste stew.
Tips
This broth is an excellent base for noodle soups like ‘kalguksu’ or ‘sujebi’.
