How to Prepare
Boil 600ml of water in a pot.
Add the noodles and flakes, then cook for 5 minutes.
Drain most of the water, leaving about 6–7 tablespoons in the pot.
Add the black bean powder sauce and black bean oil, then mix well.
For an enhanced taste, serve with fresh vegetables such as cucumber or onion.
Tips
