How to Prepare
Standard Boiling Method
Add noodles, soup powder, and flakes to 500ml of boiling water.
Cook for just 2 minutes, then serve.
No-Boil Steeping Method
Place the noodles and seasonings in a bowl and pour in 450ml of boiling water.
Cover and wait for 3-4 minutes, then stir well and enjoy as if it were a cup noodle.
Tips
For a classic crunchy snack, break up the uncooked noodles in the bag, add the soup powder, and shake well to enjoy as ‘seng-ramen’.
For a more authentic soup experience, add a beaten egg to the boiling pot during the last minute of cooking.
