[Nongshim] Jjawang is a premium black bean noodle with a rich and savoury gan-jjajang flavour. Stir-fried at over 200°C in a high-temperature cooker, it captures the deep and authentic taste of traditional gan-jjajang. The 3mm noodles, crafted with Nongshim’s 50 years of noodle-making expertise, blend perfectly with the sauce and contain kelp powder for an extra chewy and firm texture.

How to Prepare

Boil 600ml of water and cook the noodles and dried garnish for 5 minutes.

Drain, leaving about 6 tablespoons of water, then add the black bean sauce and mix well.

Tips

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

For an enhanced taste, serve with fresh vegetables or a fried egg.
