Its name is a compound word of Jjajangmyeon and Macaroni. Its biggest feature is the liquid soup base, made from roasted ‘chunjang’ (black bean paste), which creates a smooth jjajang flavour without clumping. High-quality olive oil (Extra Virgin) is added to enhance the savoury and deep taste. It is a quick and deeply satisfying meal that delivers an authentic jjajangmyeon experience.

How to Prepare
