This ‘Hongcho’ (red vinegar) uses 100% fruit-ripened fermented vinegar, made through a patented 3-stage fermentation process. Instead of sugar or liquid fructose, it uses a healthy sweetener, Isomaltooligosaccharide, made from 100% grains. This product also contains aloe vera gel, known to help with gut health and immunity, and polyphenols from green apples, which can help with weight management.
