[Pure Plan] Citron & Ginger is a premium tea concentrate made with Goheung yuja, a specialty from South Jeolla Province, and domestic ginger as its main raw materials. This is a social enterprise product manufactured by a rural cooperative, emphasizing healthy flavour with high-quality ingredients. It is characterized by the addition of domestic pear to balance the taste, creating a harmonious blend of ginger’s subtle spiciness, the pear’s sweetness, and the fragrant taste of yuja. The ingredients are extracted whole at a low temperature (60-65°C) to minimize nutrient loss.

How to Enjoy
To make a hot tea, mix 1 part concentrate with 3 parts warm water.
To make a refreshing ade, mix 1 part concentrate with 3 parts sparkling water and add ice.
Mix it with olive oil to create a unique and delicious citron-ginger dressing.
Tips
To use the dispenser, press and remove the perforated circle and lift the cover.
Pull the tap outwards, then close the cover over it.
Remove the safety seal from the tap by twisting along the perforated line, then lift the wings to dispense.
