How to Prepare
Place a flower tea into your cup.
Pour 90°C or hotter water over the flower to rinse, and discard the first infusion.
Refill the cup with hot water and steep for 3 minutes. For best results, cover the cup while steeping to trap the steam and enhance the infusion.
Each flower can be steeped up to three times in a 300ml cup.
