How to Prepare
Bring a pot of water to the boil, then add the teabag and pork together.
Once boiling resumes, simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes, then reduce to low and cook for a further 30 minutes.
For an even fuller taste, add grilled spring onion, onion, doenjang or garlic to the pot according to preference.
Tips
Use two teabags for larger joints or extra-strong stock.
