How to Use
Boil the dried Chwinamul in a pot of water until fully submerged and softened.
Soak the boiled Chwinamul in water for 6 hours to remove any bitterness.
Rinse thoroughly and season with soy sauce (or salt), garlic, and green onions, gently mixing to allow the flavours to absorb.
In a pan, heat sesame oil (or cooking oil), add the seasoned Chwinamul, and stir-fry. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cook on low heat until the Chwinamul softens.
Finish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
