[Chungjungone] Sunchang 100% Brown Rice Glutinous Gochujang is a Korean gochujang made with the traditional fermentation technology of Sunchang. It is made by fermenting 100% brown rice to create a deep and clean taste, with added flavour from sun-dried ‘taeyangcho’ chilli powder. ‘Taeyangcho’ refers to chilli peppers that are naturally dried in the sun, which contributes to the paste’s unique umami and colour. It is a versatile paste, great for use in stews, stir-fries, and seasoned side dishes.
