Soy sauce and various seasonings are blended in an optimal ratio, creating the golden ratio for meat flavour. Simply marinate your meat in the sauce to create a delicious dish without any complex processes.

How to Prepare
Prepare 300g of beef, 75g of the bulgogi sauce, 20g onion, 10g shiitake mushroom, 15g spring onion, and 10g carrot.
Julienne the onion, spring onion, shiitake mushroom, and carrot.
Combine the beef, bulgogi sauce, and vegetables in a bowl. Mix well and let it marinate for 60 minutes.
Place the marinated beef bulgogi in a pan and stir-fry over high heat for 4 minutes to complete.
Tips
Pour the marinade over thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye recommended) and mix well for the best results.
Serve hot with freshly cooked rice and enjoy wrapped in lettuce leaves with ‘ssamjang’.
This versatile marinade can also be used for other meat dishes.
