How to Prepare
For bulgogi, cut beef and vegetables into thin slices. Marinate the beef in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.
In a hot pan, stir-fry the marinated beef first, then add the vegetables and cook until done.
For galbi-jjim, first blanch beef ribs in boiling water to remove grease.
Add the sauce, fresh water, and blanched ribs to a pot and boil for 45 minutes. Then add vegetables and simmer for another 45 minutes.
Tips
This sauce works as a perfect marinade for grilling or pan-frying beef, pork, or chicken.
For best results, marinate your meat for at least one hour before cooking.
