Description
[Otoki] Jinjinjjara is a fantastic fusion noodle that combines two of Otoki’s most popular dishes: the spicy seafood flavour of Jin Jjamppong and the rich, savoury black bean sauce of Jinjjang. This stir-fried noodle dish is perfect for when you crave a jjajang with a fiery, smoky flavour (‘bulmat’). Featuring thick, chewy noodles, Jinjinjjara offers an addictive and satisfying meal that’s both spicy and deeply savoury.
How to Prepare
Add the dried flakes to 550ml of water and bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
When cooked, turn off the heat, drain all the water, then add the liquid sauce and mix well.
Tips
For the ultimate spicy jjajang experience, top the finished noodles with a fried egg and sliced cucumber.
Mix in some stir-fried onions, cabbage, or pork for a more substantial, restaurant-style meal.
