Description
Chilgap Wheat Noodles is made by aging the noodles for a long time with sufficient moisture content, giving them a soft and chewy taste.
How to Cook
1) Prepare a large pot of boiling water and cook the noodles in a single layer in 1000mL of boiling water, stirring occasionally, for about 4-5 minutes. When the ends of the noodles have spread and the noodles are transparent, turn off the heat
2) Remove the cooked noodles, rinse them under cold water, place them in a sieve to drain, and arrange them into a sari.
3) Pour anchovy stock or beef stock over the noodles and roll them up to serve. Serve with seaweed, sautéed pumpkin, or a fried egg, depending on your preference.
