[CJ CheilJedang] Beksul Fried Chicken Mix uses Beksul’s patented wheat-flour blend with corn, ginger and black pepper, so you can turn poultry into extra-crispy, golden fried chicken at home without adding any other seasoning—just mix, coat and fry for reliably crunchy results.

How to Prepare

Combine 200 g mix with 340 ml ice-cold water, whisking until smooth.

Dip prepared chicken pieces into the batter so every surface is coated.

Roll the battered chicken in additional dry mix until generously covered.

Shake off excess, then deep-fry in 170 °C oil for 10–11 minutes until evenly golden.

Tips

For even more crunch, give each piece a second roll in dry mix before frying.

Swap still water for sparkling water to create a lighter, airier batter.
