How to Prepare

Boiling Water Method: Place the unopened pouch into boiling water and heat for 3-4 minutes.

Microwave Method: Pour the contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 5 minutes (700W).

Tips

The most classic way to enjoy this soup is by adding a pinch of salt, black pepper, and freshly chopped spring onions. Serve with a bowl of rice.

Use this as the perfect, quick broth base for making Tteokguk (rice cake soup), Manduguk (dumpling soup), Budae-jjigae, or Doenjang-jjigae.
